The "Network Accelerator" consists of 3 modules. Every module teaches different valuable skill and provides a set of tasks.
Every module can be taken separately or combined with another module From the experience, we suggest to take the full immersive program to receive the most value and have the most fun. It can be used at conferences as a segment of the programme to engage attendees or be used in companies as a whole course or a teambuilding set of activities. MODULE 1
NETWORKING WORKSHOP
This module consists of a speech explaining the categorization of people by simple BOSI DNA principle and a lot of tips and tricks that can be used to improve your networking skills instantly. After every concept, technique is explained, spectators become the performers and have to implement gained knowledge on the spot to push them out of comfort zone and learn in real life situations.
During the presentation, through tasks and challenges people get to engage and communicate with at least 10 new people without actually feeling the pressure of approaching to communicate, to only later find themselves in a real meaningful conversations. After this part every attendee ends up exposed to multiple new people with whom they will want to continue conversations after the event.
Though the presentation the concept of Pitch is presented. We help individuals to create their own pitch and improve it by testing it with other participants and give them some basic openers and mindsets to present your pitch without anxiety and more confidence.
The key to effective networking is to be 'interested rather than interesting'. We help introverts gain the confidence to be 'interested' and extraverts not fall in to trap of being overly 'interesting'. This is a great training module to ensure your whole team can actively promote the company they work for in an engaging fashion.

MODULE 3
CREATE A GAME
Become the creator! Create a game with your team out of the box filled with ordinary objects which suit the situation. Create rules and tools for a great game together! Have fun and improve communication skills at the same time!
See how completely similar situations will develop into different solutions and outcomes! Our facilitators will present this concept to participants to show that not always situations have only one outcome and creativity with cooperation is the key to creating a striving team

Become the person on the other side! Now you have an authority to validate and invest in ideas! It shows participants how different mind works in complicated situations and makes you judging other ideas. Later learn from that and imagine how your "product" is seen by "investors". Learn form mistakes and success stories, both yours and other teams.
The only way to succeed in this game is to work together and come to a conclusions in time. To do that it is not only important to be convincing but also be a good listener. To be open-minded for other opinions and make wise decisions based on facts and situation, not the personal preference. We provide tips and concepts to succeed at this and become a great listener. Trust in your team and team will trust you!
to make an investment team has to come to a collective conclusion, it gives the participants the opportunity to show their leadership skills and train on presenting your idea and beliefs to their team. It is all done with limited capital and time to create some playful pressure on players.
It's important to have some fun while learning so we decided to flip the script and have some education while playing a game. Participants get separated into teams of investors, which have to either invest or bail on some wild ideas like Spork (spoon and a fork in one tool). If idea succeeds they get twice the investment, if not they lose invested toy money.

Play the Game! After finishing creation of the game, play it! Later play the games that other teams have created! See that not always the creator of idea/product is the best one at it. Real life example of how sometimes we need to expand our teams or put people where they are best at to recieve best results!
